自动血涂片制备机的研制与实验

【摘要】 目的针对目前人工制作血涂片存在效率低、质量稳定性差和成功率低的问题,研制了一种集推片和染片功能于一体的新型血涂片制备机。方法参考人工制片方法,设计了血涂片制备机的机械系统,基于STM32处理器的硬件系统和基于实时操作系统uC/OS-III的软件系统,开发了基于VC++的上位机操作界面,进行了相关的推片和染片实验。结果血涂片制备机能够制作出合格的血涂片,相比于人工制片方式,效率高、成功率高,提高了血涂片的质量稳定性。实验表明推片速度、推片角度和染色时间参数对血涂片质量有重要影响。结论提出了一种新的自动血涂片制备机设计方案。研制的自动血涂片制备机能够实现自动推片和染片功能,对推动国产全自动推染片机的研制具有积极作用。

【Abstract】 Objective Aiming at the problems of the low efficiency, poor stability and low success rate in making blood smear by manual mode, a new type automatic blood smear maker integrating functions of pushing and staining was developed. Methods First of all, mechanical system of the blood smear maker was designed refering to methods of preparing manual blood smear. Then, hardware system based on the STM32 processor and software system based on real time operating system uC/OS-III were designed. In addition, a PC operation interface based on VC++ was developed. Finally, experiments related to pushing and staining of blood smear were carried out. Results Blood smear maker could produce qualified blood smear, which was more efficient and successful in making blood smear compared to manual mode, and the quality stability of blood smear was improved. The experiment results showed pushing velocity, pushing angle and staining times had an important influence on quality of blood smear. Conclusion A new design scheme of automatic blood smear maker is put forward. The designed blood smear maker can realize functions of automatic pushing and staining of blood smear and has a positive effect on promoting the development of China-made full-automatic blood smear maker.
