【摘要】 目的对比两种不同品牌的膜式液基细胞制片仪在宫颈癌及癌前病变早期筛查中的应用效果。方法随机选取2012年7月至2016年7月我院诊治的宫颈液基细胞检查的妇女200例,根据仪器不同将患者分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组采用品牌A检查,观察组采用品牌B检查,比较两组检查效果。结果观察组共检出15例异常,阳性率为15%,真阳性率为17%;对照组共检出5例异常,阳性率为5%,真阳性率为15%。两组检测阳性率对比差异性显著(P<0.05),观察组的检测率更接近病理检测结果。结论宫颈癌及癌前病变患者采用品牌B检查效果理想,效果优于品牌A。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of two different brands of membrane liquid based cell production apparatus in early screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods A total of 200 women were randomly selected from July 2012 to July 2016 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of cervical fl uid, which were divided into control group(n=100) and observation group(n=100) according to the different instruments. The control group was inspected by Branch A and observation group was inspected by Branch B, inspection results were compared. Results A total of 15 cases were detected abnormal in the observation group. The postive rate was 15%, and the true postive rate was 17%. A total of 5 cases were detected abnormal in the control group. The postive rate was 5% and the true postive rate was 15%. The difference of positive rate between the two groups was signifi cant(P<0.05), and the detection rate of the observation group was closer to the pathological test results. Conclusion The patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions adopt brand B, which is better than brand A.更多还原
