【摘要】 针对我国心血管疾病二级预防发展较慢的现状,本文分析了国内心血管疾病领域二级预防中存在的主要问题。同时,为实现二级预防中"早发现、早诊断、早治疗"的目的,本文对心血管疾病远程监测进行回顾和展望,并进一步总结了国内外心血管领域有创和无创远程监测设备的应用现状,指出将智能手机应用、移动互联网和可穿戴设备相结合是心血管领域远程监测发展的新方向,并对其未来的发展提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is well known that the development of secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease in China is slowly. The main problems in secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases in China were analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, in order to achieve the goal of "early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment" in secondary prevention, the remote monitoring of cardiovascular disease was reviewed and prospected. Furthermore, the application of invasive and non-invasive remote monitoring equipment in both domestic and international cardiovascular fields was summarized. There was a new direction of remote monitoring development in cardiovascular field to combining smartphone application, mobile internet and wearable devices. In the end, a number of suggestions for the future development of secondary prevention in the field of cardiovascular diseases in China were proposed.更多还原
