【摘要】 目的通过上海地区售后服务满意度和国产医疗设备市场占有率年度调查,促进售后服务满意度的提升,找出与进口厂商的差距,为提升国产医疗设备市场占有率提供参考依据。方法自2007年起上海市医疗设备器械管理质控中心开展了上海地区医疗设备主流市场研究调查,对近连续10年的数据开展分析。结果 10年来国产医疗设备市场占有率和服务满意度不断提升,满意度平均得分从3.4分提升到4.2;在2016年市场调查中,国产品牌在售后服务质量方面首次取得了5席榜首的佳绩,更有5家国产产品市场占有率均达到10%以上。结论国产医疗设备市场竞争力不断提高,但高端医疗设备市场占有率还没有超过15%,仍需进一步挖掘用户深度需求,掌握核心技术、提高产品品质、携手科技创新,提升"中国制造"的实力。

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the satisfaction of after-sales service and find out the gap between domestic and imported manufactures through the annual survey of after-sales service satisfaction and the market share of domestic medical equipment in Shanghai, and to provide reference for improving the market share of domestic medical equipment. Methods Shanghai medical device management and quality control center had carried out the survey on the mainstream medical device market in Shanghai since 2007, and analyzed the recent 10 year’s data. Results In the past 10 years, the market share and service satisfaction of domestic medical equipment had been continuously improved. The average satisfaction score had risen from 3.4 to 4.2. In the 2016 market survey, the domestic brands achieved the top 5 spot results for the first time in the quality of after-sales service, and the market share of five domestic products reached 10%. Conclusion The market competitiveness of domestic medical equipment continues to improve. However, the market share of high-end medical equipment has not yet exceeded 15%. We still need to further tap the deep needs of users, master core technologies, improve product quality, and join hands in technological innovations to enhance the strength of "Made in China".
