【摘要】 目的调查分析农村地区医疗机构主要医疗设备的使用时长、采购价值及国有化率情况,为改善其配置水准提供相关建议。方法采用抽样调查的方法,对272家县、乡级医疗机构常用的16类医疗设备实施现状调查,资料采用ACESS两次录入软件进行录入,主要统计分析方法为描述性分析。结果县、乡级医疗机构基本医疗设备均价为22.73万元;各类机构基本医疗设备平均已购置时间为4.77年,其中有34.71%的设备超期使用;调查机构中半数以上基本医疗设备为国产设备,其中消毒灭菌设备中国产比例最高,设备整体国产比例达到87.66%。结论县综合医院、县中医医院与乡镇卫生院在医疗设备采购价格方面、使用时长方面存在一定差异;县级及以下级别医疗机构设备配置时间集中,未来设备更新或许存在一定压力;县级及以下级别医疗机构国有医疗设备所占比例超过50%;但是,不同机构、不同类型产品的国有化率情况存在较大差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study analyzed the usage duration, purchasing value and nationalization rate of medical facilities in rural areas, and provided relevant suggestions for improving their configuration level. Methods The survey of 16 kinds of medical devices commonly used in 272 counties and township medical institutions was investigated by means of sampling survey, and the information was entered into the software by ACESS twice. The main statistical analysis method was descriptive analysis. Results The average price of basic medical equipment for county and township medical institutions was 22.73 million yuan. The average purchase time of basic medical equipment of various institutions was 4.77 years, and 34.71% of the equipment was overused. More than half of the basic medical devices in the survey institutions were domestic equipment, with the highest proportion of sterilized sterilized equipment in China, and 87.66% of the total domestic equipment. Conclusion There are some differences in the price of medical equipment purchase price and the length of use of medical equipment in county comprehensive hospital, county medical hospital and township health hospital. At the county and the following level, the equipment allocation time of medical institutions is centralized, and the equipment update may be under pressure in the future.
