CT纳米造影剂的肿瘤诊断研究进展
Advances in Tumor Diagnosis of CT Nano-Contrast Agent
【摘要】 X-射线计算断层扫描技术(Computed Tomography,CT)主要是利用组织对X-射线的不同吸收来进行解剖结构成像,对实体组织(如骨、肝等)具有较好的成像功能,但是对血管成像能力较差,所以需要研发更高效的纳米造影剂。本文首先介绍了目前CT纳米造影剂的研究方向,以及CT纳米造影剂的肿瘤诊断技术,接着,对CT纳米造影剂的研究目标进行说明,然后,综述了CT纳米造影剂能解决的关键问题,并在本文的最后,对CT纳米造影剂未来的发展方向做出了展望。本文为CT纳米造影剂的研究指明了方向,对CT纳米造影剂肿瘤诊断技术的发展具有一定的指导与铺垫作用。
【Abstract】 CT is mainly used to imaging the anatomical structure of X-ray absorption. It has good imaging functions for physical tissues such as bone and liver, but is poor in angiography, so we need to develop more efficient nano-contrast agents. This paper introduced the research direction and the tumor diagnosis technology of CT nano contrast agent firstly. Then, the aims of the CT nano contrast agent were described, and the key problems that could be solved by CT nano-contrast agent were reviewed. At the end of this paper, the future development direction of CT nano contrast agent was prospected. This paper points out the direction of CT nano contrast agent, and provides guidance and foreshadowing for the development of CT nano-imaging agent tumor diagnosis technology.
