奥氏体不锈钢堆焊层C元素稀释规律研究
Dilution Research for C Element of Austenite Stainless Cladding Welds
【摘要】 对"华龙一号"安注箱筒体及封头内壁堆焊层化学分析取样结果屡次出现C含量检测不合格,引起业主的高度关注。针对此质量问题,从焊接材料成分、母材成分、堆焊工艺、取样过程、焊道搭接量控制等方面进行了分析试验,研究表明,焊材原始化学成分和焊道间搭接量对堆焊层熔敷金属C元素稀释有影响显著,调整其他影响因素效果都不明显。
【Abstract】 It is payed close attention that C analysis result is faled for the cladding of HL1000 accumutators shell and head. We perform some procedure tests and analysis for the problem from welding material,base-metal,welding procedure sampling procedure and lapping value. The test shows that chemical composition of welding material and welding bead lapping value are important for C element dilution and the other elements are not function.
