【摘要】 目的探讨舒适护理在手外伤皮瓣移植术中的应用效果。方法选择2016年5月~2018年2月期间在本院行手外伤皮瓣移植术治疗82例患者,随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(42例)。对照组给予围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加舒适护理干预措施,对比两组术后早期疼痛程度,监测两组术后并发症情况,并评估两组患者干预前后日常活动能力情况。结果观察组术后12h(5.70±1.02分)、术后24h(4.42±0.97分)、术后3d(3.01±0.97分)和术后7d疼痛评分(2.47±0.69分)均显著低于对照组(6.98±7.52分、5.73±1.16分、4.76±1.13分、3.31±1.42分),组间差异显著(P <0.05)。两组患者手部移植的皮瓣均成活。观察组并发症发生率(11.90%,5/42)显著低于对照组(32.50%,13/40),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论手外伤皮瓣移植术围术期积极采取针对性的舒适护理模式,有助于改善患者术后疼痛,并降低术后并发症风险,临床应用效果较为可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the treatment of hand trauma flap. Methods Eighty-two patients underwent traumatic flap transplantation in our hospital from May 2016 to February 2018. They were randomly divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(42 cases). The control group received routine perioperative nursing. The observation group increased the comfort nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, compared the early postoperative pain degree between the two groups, monitored the postoperative complications of the two groups, and evaluated the daily activity ability of the two groups before and after the intervention.
