【摘要】 目的探讨烧伤膏辅助激光治疗烧伤瘢痕的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月~2017年8月100例烧伤瘢痕患者,随机数字表法分组进行对照研究,各50例,CO2点阵激光进行治疗,研究组在激光治疗后立即采用湿润烧伤膏涂抹治疗,对照组采用涂抹莫匹罗星软膏涂抹治疗,统计对比两组疗效、创面愈合时间、温度恢复时间、疼痛恢复时间、细菌转阴时间,并统计两组色素沉着发生率、不良反应及治疗前后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分变化情况。结果治疗后研究组温度恢复正常时间、疼痛恢复时间、细菌转阴时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月研究组总有效率(98.0%)高于对照组(74.0%,P<0.05);治疗前两组瘢痕血管分布、色泽、柔软度、厚度及VSS总分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗6个月后研究组瘢痕血管分布、色泽、柔软度、厚度及VSS总分均小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),研究组色素沉着发生率(4.0%)低于对照组(32.0%,P<0.05);结论烧伤膏辅助激光治疗烧伤瘢痕能促进患者创面恢复愈合,且能降低色素沉着发生率,促进瘢痕恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of burn ointment and laser in the treatment of burn scar. Methods A total of 100 burn scar patients in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2017 were randomly divided into groups with 50 cases in each. Bases on twogroups treated with CO2 lattice laser, the study group was treated with moist burn ointment immediately after laser, while the control group was treated with Mupirocin Ointment smear. The efficacy, wound healing time,temperature recovery time, pain recovery time, and bacterial negative time were compared between the two groups. The incidence of pigmentation and adverse reactions and changes in Vancouver scar scale(VSS) score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the temperature recovery time, pain recovery time, bacterial negative time and wound healing time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group(98%) was higher than that of the control group(74%)(P < 0.05). There was insignificant difference in the distribution, color, softness, thickness and VSS total score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the distribution, color, softness, thickness and total VSS of scar vessels in the study group were all smaller than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P > 0.05). The incidence of pigmentation in the study group(4%) was lower than that in the control group(32%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Burn ointment and laser in the treatment of burn scar can promote wound healing, reduce the incidence of pigmentation and promote the recovery of scar.更多还原
