【摘要】 随着社会的快速发展,医学技术日新月异,医院对科研、医疗新技术、新项目等医学研究的重视程度越来越高,也给医学伦理学的发展带来了巨大的挑战,伦理问题日益凸显。我院根据《赫尔辛基宣言》《药物临床试验伦理审查工作指导原则》《涉及人的生物医学研究伦理审查办法》等法律法规,结合医院伦理委员会工作的现状,分析并探讨如何进一步规范、高效地开展涉及人的生物医学研究伦理审查工作,充分发挥伦理审查在医学发展中的积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern society and medical technology, greater importance has been attached to scientific research, new medical technology, and new programs in hospitals, which have posed enormous challenges to medical ethics. According to the Helsinki Declaration, Guidelines for Ethical Review Work of Drug Clinical Trials, Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects, and other relevant documents, this article analyzes the current status of the work of ethics committee at our hospital and explores how to implement ethical review of biomedical researches involving human subjects in a standard and efficient manner, thus giving full play to the active role of ethical review in the development of medical sciences.更多还原
