【Abstract】 This articles summarizes the prevalence of coronary heart disease(CHD) in young and mid-aged people both at home and abroad, and reviews the application of mobile Internet technology and the CHD interventions including health education, guidance for drug use, promotion of healthy lifestyle, health indicator monitoring, and follow-up visit reminders in the home-based rehabilitation. The problems existing in home rehabilitation for young and mid-aged CHD patients and their countermeasures were also elucidated.更多还原
