【摘要】 目的应用中国医疗质量指标体系中的指标对北京市某医院2011年~2015年手术患者医疗质量进行评价,从而了解医院医疗质量的现状及变化趋势,以发现医疗服务的薄弱环节,提高医疗服务水平。方法采用基准比较,包括以年度为基准的医院自身纵向比较和以全国标杆为基准的医院间横向比较。结果医院手术患者死亡率呈波动状态,手术患者术后重返手术室率下降。手术患者住院总死亡率、手术患者术后重返手术室率及手术患者肺部感染发生率均高于基准值。结论医院手术患者医疗质量指标有升有降,与国内领先水平还存在差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status quo and changing trends of health care quality for surgical patients in a hospital in Beijing from 2011 to 2015 using the indicators in the China Healthcare Quality Indicator System(CHQIS), so as to identify the weak points in the medical service and improve the health care quality. Methods Benchmark comparisons were performed. The benchmarks included the hospital’s annual data(for longitudinal comparisons inside the hospital) and national data(for horizontal comparisons with other hospitals in China). Results The mortality rate of the surgical patients showed a fluctuating trend, whereas the incidence of unplanned returns to the operating room decreased. The total mortality of hospitalized patients, incidence of unplanned returns to the operating room and incidence of pulmonary infection in surgical patients were higher than the benchmarks. Conclusion The benchmarks of the medical care for surgical patients in this hospital either increase or decrease, but their are still gaps as compared with the leading hospitals in China.更多还原
