【摘要】 "订单式"人才培养模式是指学校和企业在关于人才培养和学生就业方面达成一致的基础上共同培养学生,这种培养模式对于学校、企业和学生三方面而言都有着一定的优势。地勘专业在目前阶段面临着招生难、学生就业难的现状,而许多煤炭企业又存在着用工难的现状,通过"订单式"人才培养模式可以同时解决双方的困难。为了培养出符合企业要求的订单学生,学校可以根据订单要求调整培养方案,课程设置时突出培养学生实践能力和操作能力的课程;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师的实践指导能力,培养"双师型"教师;改革对学生的考核方式,以多种形式、灵活多样地进行考核;积极开展适应新形势要求的教材建设这一系列举措作为"订单式"人才培养模式的保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The order-oriented talent cultivation model refers to jointly training students by schools and enterprises on the basis of consensus on talent cultivation and student employment. This training model has certain advantages for schools,enterprises,and students. Geological prospecting major are faced with the difficulty of enrollment employment for students at the current stage. Many coal enterprises are in the status of labor shortage. Through the order-oriented personnel training model,both parties’ difficulties can be solved at the same time. In order to train students who meet the requirements of enterprises,the school can adjust the training plan according to the requirements of the order. In the course setting,it highlights the training of students’ practical ability and operational ability,strengthens the construction of the teaching staff,improves the teachers’ practical guidance ability,and cultivates the double-qualified teachers. Assessment methods should be reformed in a variety of ways,and a series of measures should be actively carried out to adapt to the requirements of the new situation as a safeguard measure for order-oriented personnel training models.更多还原
