【摘要】 目的 :分析异地就医管理现状及存在的问题,提出合理化建议。方法 :采用描述性分析法,分析2014年以来异地就医患者人次、住院科室、病种情况等。结果 :自2014年联网结算开始,异地就医患者迅速增长,回参保地手工报销的外地转诊患者逐年减少;该医院作为区域内大型三甲综合医院,能够以收治急危重症的异地患者为首任,符合大医院的功能定位。结论 :2014年至今,异地就医管理工作虽已取得阶段性进展,但仍存在一些问题,应继续完善和改进,以保障制度的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the current situation and existing problems of off-site medical care,and put forward reasonable suggestions.Methods: Descriptive analysis method was used to analyze the number of patients,inpatient departments and diseases in diff erent places since 2014.Result: Since the networking settlement in 2014,the number of patients seeking off-site medical care has increased rapidly,and the number of referral patients returning to the insured places has decreased year by year.As a third class hospital,the hospital is in line with the functional orientation of large hospitals for the treatment of severe patients in other places.Conclusion: Since 2014,although the management of off-site medical treatment has made some progress,there are still some problems.We should continue to improve and ensure the sustainable development of this system.更多还原
