从高磷酸含铀废液中回收铀的试验研究
Experimental Study on the Recovery of Uranium From High Phosphoric Acid Wastewater
【摘要】 用D2EHPA-TRPO萃取和化学除磷的组合工艺,回收某研究院30%高磷酸废液中的铀。先用萃取法萃取铀,铀萃取率达99%以上,反萃率为99.8%,还有约1%的铀留在萃余液中。通过添加CaCO3与Na2CO3沉淀除去萃余液中的磷,滤液及洗涤液蒸发后得到的含铀松状碱渣,返回至料液溶解,进入萃取工序。试验结果表明:萃取剂经过10次循环仍能保持单级萃取率在90%以上,工艺过程中铀的总回收率达到99.9%;最终获得的产品铀含量为63.26%,达到一级品要求。试验结果对铀资源的综合利用和环境保护具有一定意义。
【Abstract】 The combination process of D2 EHPA-TRPO extraction and chemical dephosphorization were introduced to recover the uranium from 30% high phosphoric acid wastewater which is from one research institute.The extraction method was firstly used to extract uranium,and extraction rate of uranium is over 99%,and the stripping rate is 99.8%,1% of the uranium was still remaining in the raffinate.Then,some amount of CaCO3 and Na2 CO3 were added into the raffinate to remove the phosphorus.The filtrate and the scrubbing solution were evaporated the water to get a loose,alkaline residue which containing uranium.The residue was dissolved in the material solution,and return to the extraction process.The experimental results show that the extraction rate can still be more than 90%after 10 cycles,and the total recovery rate of uranium is 99.9%.The uranium content of the product is 63.26% which meets the first grade standard.The test results have certain significance to the comprehensive utilization of uranium resources and environmental protection.
