【摘要】 目的:探讨儿童早期综合发展在社区儿童保健中推广的效果。方法:选取2015年8月-2016年11月在南充市嘉陵区都尉社区进行儿童保健的84例儿童,随即分为对照组和观察组,对照组儿童给予常规系统性保健,观察组儿童在给予同样常规系统性保健的基础上还给予早期综合发展策略。对两组儿童进行为期1年的干预和随访,干预结束后观察并比较其体格发育情况、智能发育情况和患营养性疾病情况。结果:观察组儿童血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.169,P=0.033);观察组儿童大运动情况、精细动作情况、适应性情况、语言情况、社交行为情况评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.706,P<0.001;t=5.463,P<0.001;t=3.369,P=0.001;t=5.336,P<0.001;t=3.786,P<0.001);观察组儿童患营养不良、缺铁性贫血、佝偻病等营养性疾病的总患病率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(字2=4.595,P=0.032)。结论:早期综合发展对儿童的身心素质提高作用明显,对儿童的未来发展具有重要的临床意义,值得积极推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of early comprehensive development of children in community health care.Method:From August 2015 to November 2016,84 children in Duwei community of Jialing District,Nanchong City,were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The two groups of children were followed up for a period of up to 1 years.After the intervention,the physical development,mental development and nutritional diseases were observed and compared.Result:The hemoglobin level of children in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.169,P=0.033).The scores of large movement,fine movement,adaptability,language and social behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.706,P<0.001;t=5.463,P<0.001;t=3.369,P=0.001;t=5.336,P<0.001;t=3.786,P<0.001).The total prevalence rate of malnutrition,iron deficiency anemia,rickets and other nutritional diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(字2=24.595,P=0.032).Conclusion:Early comprehensive development of children’s physical and mental qualities to improve significantly,the future development of children has important clinical significance,it is worth promoting the application.更多还原
