【摘要】 目的:探讨降钙素原(PCT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测对早产儿感染的早期诊断价值。方法:选取2015年1月-2018年2月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的90例早产儿,根据是否存在细菌感染性疾病及临床检测方法将其分为甲组(细菌感染性疾病患儿,单独行hs-CRP检测)、乙组(细菌感染性疾病,PCT与hs-CRP联合检测)和对照组(非细菌感染性疾病,PCT与hs-CRP联合检测),每组30例,行相应指标检测后比较三组患儿PCT、hs-CRP检测值及阳性率。结果:甲组的hs-CRP检测值和乙组的PCT、hs-CRP检测值均高于对照组相应值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),乙组联合检测的阳性率显著高于甲组(90.0%vs 70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCT与hs-CRP在早产儿感染性疾病中具有较高的诊断价值,是早产儿感染的重要指标,两者联合检测有利于提高早期检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the early diagnostic value of procalcitonin(PCT) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) detection in preterm infants.Method:A total of 90 preterm infants hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2018 were selected,and according to the presence or absence of bacterial infections and clinical testing methods,they were divided into group A(children with bacterial infection,alone hs-CRP test),group B(bacterial infectious disease,combined detection of PCT and hs-CRP) and control group(non-bacterial infectious disease,combined detection of PCT and hsCRP),30 cases in each group.After the indicators were detected,the PCT and hs-CRP levels and positive rates were compared among the three groups.Result:The values of PCT and hs-CRP in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of combined detection in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(90.0% vs 70.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PCT and hs-CRP have a high diagnostic value in infectious diseases of preterm infants and are important indicators of preterm infants’ infection.The combined detection of PCT and hs-CRP can improve the early detection rate.更多还原
