【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔妊娠的诊断时机及治疗现状。方法:2015年4月笔者所在医院成功诊治1例孕22+4周腹腔妊娠的病例,分析其妊娠结局,结合文献进行分析。结果:术中确诊腹腔妊娠,胎盘种植于左侧子宫角及宫体上段,肠管受侵蚀自发破裂,手术行剖腹取胎术+次全子宫切除术+破裂肠管切除及吻合术,术后患者治愈出院。结论:腹腔妊娠罕见,死亡率高,诊断时机非常重要,术前评估有可能出现的危急情况是治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the present situation about diagnosis and treatment of abdominal pregnancy.Method:Report a case with abdominal pregnant at 22+4 gestational weeks was treated by successful operation.The pregnancy outcomes was analyzed combined with literatures.Result:The diagnosis was confirmed by operation.The placenta was found implanted in the left horn of uterus and the upper section of uterine body,intestines were eroded and ruptured spontaneously.The operation indlude caesarean operation,subtotal hysterectomy surgery,resection of necrotic intestine and end-to-end anastomosis were performed.Conclusion:Abdominal pregnancy is rare with high mortality.The key to the success of treatment is timely diagnosis and operation including evaluating various emergency situations preoperatively.更多还原
