【摘要】 目的:优化脊柱外科临床护理带教过程的实践与效果研究。方法:选取笔者所在医院144例脊柱外科实习生作为研究对象,采用随机数字法,分为优化组和对照组各72例。对照组采用传统带教方法,优化组在对照组基础上进行优化,对比两组带教效果。结果:优化组思想品德与态度(13.58±1.22)分,沟通合作能力(13.27±1.51)分,专业理论(33.12±1.39)分,专业技能(33.52±1.18)分,总分(93.49±2.36)分,均高于对照组的(11.24±2.65)、(10.54±2.59)、(28.54±3.14)、(27.64±3.22)、(77.96±4.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优化组学生满意度95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对脊柱外科临床带教过程的优化,能有效提高带教效果,使实习生具备良好的职业素养、理论知识及实践技能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the practice and effect of clinical nursing teaching in spinal surgery.Method:A total of 144 interns in spinal surgery in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study,and the random number method was used,and 72 cases were divided into the optimal group and the control group.In the control group,the traditional teaching method was adopted,and the optimization group was optimized on the basis of the control group,and the results were compared with the two groups.Result:The optimal set of ideology and moral character and attitude(13.58±1.22)points,communication cooperation ability(13.27±1.51)points,professional theory(33.12±1.39)points,professional skills(33.52±1.18)points,total score(93.49±2.36)points,were higher than the control group(11.24±2.65),(10.54±2.59),(28.54±3.14),(27.64±3.22),(77.96±4.65)points,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the group was 95.83%,higher than 83.33% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through optimizing the clinical teaching process of spinal surgery,can effectively improve the teaching effect,so that interns have good professional quality,theoretical knowledge and practical skills.更多还原
