【摘要】 上颌快速扩弓(rapid maxillary expansion,RME)的概念最早在一百多年前由Angell提出,扩弓装置经过一个多世纪演变与改进,现已广泛应用于临床,常见的有Hass矫治器与Hyrax矫治器。微种植支抗(micro-implant anchorage)辅助上颌快速扩弓是近些年来新兴且发展迅速的一种上颌快速扩弓治疗手段,相比传统上颌快速扩弓装置,其特点是可通过微种植支抗将反向牵引力直接作用于腭中缝,通过牵张成骨作用直接打开腭中缝,从而大大提高了扩弓效率,同时也避免了传统扩弓装置带来的如牙齿倾斜,口腔卫生不良等问题。本文就微种植支抗与上颌快速扩弓中的联合应用做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of"rapid maxillary expansion"(rapid maxillary expansion,RME)was first put forward by Angell a century ago,after more than a century of evolution and improvement,the expansion appliance has been applied at clinic widely,such as Hass appliance and Hyrax appliance.Micro-implant anchorage assisted rapid maxillary expansion is a new and rapidly developing method for rapid maxillary expansion in recent years,compared with the traditional appliance,it is characterized by the direct insertion of the reverse traction force into the palatine suture through the micro-implant anchorage,the palatal suture is directly opened by distraction osteogenesis,thus greatly improving the efficiency,it also avoids the problems of dental inclination and bad oral hygiene caused by traditional expansion appliance.This review focused on combined application of microimplant anchorage and rapid maxillary expansion.更多还原
