【摘要】 目的:观察人工肝血浆置换术对肝衰竭患者血清中白细胞介素(IL)-12、IL-17、IL-35水平及肝功能的影响,探讨人工肝治疗在肝衰竭中的临床价值。方法:选取在笔者所在医院就诊的肝衰竭患者30例,入院后在肝衰竭常规内科基础上予以人工肝血浆置换术。Elisa法检测血清中IL-12、IL-17、IL-35水平。全自动生化检测仪测定肝功能指标氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)。结果:治疗后,肝衰竭患者血清中炎性因子IL-12、IL-17、IL-35水平及肝功能指标ALT、AST均明显下降(t=11.36、21.67、14.31、29.59、32.32,P<0.01)。Spearman相关性分析,肝衰竭患者血清中IL-12、IL-17、IL-35水平与肝功能指标ALT、AST呈正相关(P<0.01)。30例患者中痊愈好转24例,恶化6例,痊愈好转患者血清中IL-12、IL-17、IL-35水平下降明显高于恶化组,差异均有统计学意义(t=37.56、37.26、41.15,P<0.01)。结论:人工肝血浆置换术可清除肝衰竭患者体内炎性因子,改善患者肝功能及促进康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe influence of plasma exchange on serum levels of interleukin(IL)-12,IL-17,IL-35 and liver function of liver failure patients,and investigate clinical value of plasma exchange.Method:A total of 30 patients with liver failure patients were selected and given with artificial liver plasma replacement besides general internal medicine for liver failure.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa) was employed to detect levels of IL-12,IL-17,IL-35.Automatic biochemical detector was used to measure amino transferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST).Result:After treatment,serum levels of IL-12,IL-17,IL-35 and ALT and AST were obviously decreased(t=11.36,21.67,14.31,29.59,32.32,P<0.01).Serum levels of IL-12,IL-17,IL-35 of liver failure patients were positively correlated to liver function indexes such as ALT and AST by spearman corelation analysis(P<0.05).Among 30 cases,24 cases were heal better,and 6 cases were deteriorated.Descent degree of serum levels of IL-12,IL-17,IL-35 of heal better patients were obviously higher than deteroration patients(t=37.56,37.26,41.15,P<0.01).Conclusion:Plasma exchange can remove inflammatory factors of liver failure patients,improve liver function,and promote recovery.更多还原
