【摘要】 中枢性高热(central hyperthermia,CHT)是重症颅脑损伤患者常见的合并症,由于其是体温调节中枢功能紊乱,因此单纯退热药物治疗往往效果不佳,目前认为,对于CHT最主要的治疗措施为物理降温,本文主要就CHT患者物理降温分类及具体方法作一综述,同时对低温治疗过程中容易出现的并发症和不良反应的护理方法进行阐述,改善颅脑损伤合并CHT的临床救治效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Central hyperthermia(CHT) is a common complication in patients with severe brain injury.The effect of antipyretic is limited because of dysfunction of the central temperature regulation system.It has been confirmed that only physical cooling is effective in lowering temperature in these patients.This article mainly summarizes the classification and the specific methods of physical cooling in patients with central hyperthermia,at the same time,it elaborates the nursing methods of complications and adverse reactions prone to occur in the course of hypothermia treatment,and improves the clinical effect of CHT with brain injury.更多还原
