手术病理标本固定取液方法的改进与应用研究

【摘要】 目的探讨微电脑自动加水器在手术病理标本固定取液中的应用价值。方法将80例采用福尔马林固定的手术病理标本(全子宫切除标本),根据取液方式不同随机分为对照组(40例)和实验组(40)例。对照组采用传统倾倒式取液方法,实验组采用微电脑自动加水器取液方法,记录取液时眼部刺激、鼻咽部刺激、液体外洒情况、浸泡所需时间,对比两组的优劣。结果实验组在眼部刺激、鼻咽部刺激、液体外洒情况、浸泡所需时间等方面都明显低于对照组(P<0.01),使用方便程度、用量可控制程度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论微电脑自动加水器应用在标本固定取液中方便、快捷,减少固定过程中甲醛气体对医务人员的刺激,提高工作效率,减少资源浪费,节约成本。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of microcomputer automatic water feeder in fixation and liquid extraction for operative pathological specimen. Methods 80 cases of operative pathological specimens( total hysterectomy specimens) fixed with formalin were randomly divided into control group( n = 40) and experimental group( n = 40) according to different liquid extraction methods.The control group were given traditional toppling extraction method,and the experimental group were given microcomputer automatic water feeder for extracting.And then,eye stimulation,nasopharyngeal stimulation,liquid spilling and soaking time were recorded during fluid extraction. The advantages and disadvantages of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,the eye stimulation,nasopharyngeal stimulation,liquid spilling and soaking time were significantly lower than those in the control group( P<0.01),and the degree of convenience and dosage control were significantly better than those in the control group( P<0.01).Conclusion Microcomputer automatic water feeder is convenient and quick in the fixation of specimen extraction,which can reduce the stimulation of formaldehyde gas to the medical staff during fixation,improve working efficiency,reduce the waste of resources and save cost.
