芦竹根总生物碱提取工艺优选的正交试验设计

【摘要】 目的:筛选芦竹根中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:以单因素考察为基础,采用L9(34)正交试验,以芦竹根中总生物碱提取率为指标,考察溶剂体积与药材质量比、含醇量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数4个因素对提取率的影响。结果:芦竹根中总生物碱提取的最佳工艺为液料比7∶1、含醇量80%、煎煮时间2 h、煎煮次数2次。通过验证,在此条件下芦竹根中总生物碱提取率可达153.43 mg·(30 g)-1。结论:该工艺所得芦竹根中总生物碱提取率均较高,工艺稳定,重复性好。

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize extraction process of total alkaloids from Rhzioma Aurndinsi Donacsi.Methods: Based on one factor test,liquid-solid ratio,effects of ethanol concentration,decoction time and times on extraction technology were investigated by L9(34)orthogonal test with extraction amount of total alkaloids as index. Results: The optimal extraction process of the total alkaloids from Rhzioma Aurndinsi Donacsi was as following: liquid-solid ratio of 7 ∶ 1,effects of ethanol concentration of 80%,decoction time of 2 h and times of twice,respectively. Yield of the total alkaloids reached 153. 43 mg·(30 g)-1. Conclusion: This optimized technology was feasible and stable with high extraction rate.
