【摘要】 目的分析广西大新县壮族高中生幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与家庭生活因素的相关性,并为疾病的防治提供理论依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,通过问卷调查和Hp抗体检测对大新县1392名常住壮族高中生家庭生活情况进行调查,并对因素进行χ2检验及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果该地区壮族高中生Hp感染检出率为27.95%。显示不同家庭饮水来源和父母有无胃病史的高中生Hp感染检出率差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析则显示不同家庭饮水来源是Hp感染的影响因素(P <0.05)。结论家庭饮水源是壮族高中生Hp感染的重要影响因素,值得进一步深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlations between Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection and family life factors of the Zhuang high school student in Daxin,and to provide theoretical basis for disease prevention and treatment. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used in selecting study individuals.The investigation for the family life of 1,392 permanent Zhuang high school students in daxin county was performed by questionnaire survey and Hp antibody test,and Chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were performed for the factors. Results The prevalence of HP infection was 27.95%in the Zhuang high school students of Daxin.The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in Hp infection detection rates among high school students with different household drinking water sources and parents with or without a history of gastric disease(P <0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that different household drinking water sources were influential factors for Hp infection(P <0.05). Conclusion Household drinking water source is an important influencing factor for HP infection in the Zhuang high school student of Daxin,which needs further research.更多还原
