【摘要】 报道了分离自中国土壤中淡领瓶霉属及匍柄霉属的2个新种:球孢淡领瓶霉Cadophora shaerospora及福建匍柄霉Stemphylium fujianensis。其中,C. shaerospora的产孢瓶体3～5个簇生,淡褐色,瓶状,光滑,长6.5～15.0μm,基部稍细,1.5～3.0μm宽,中部膨大,围领近无色。分生孢子单生或常链生,淡褐色,球形至阔卵形,2.5～4.5×2.0～3.0μm。S. fujianensis的分生孢子单生,顶生,椭圆形至广椭圆形,基部钝圆,顶端钝尖状或钝圆,淡褐色至中度褐色,具5～8个横隔膜,多个纵、斜隔膜,光滑,(26.5～) 40.0～59.5×17.0～31.0μm。脐部暗色疤痕状,4～6μm宽。对新种与各自相似种的区别进行了详尽讨论。新种的模式标本(干制培养物)保存于山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP),等模式标本(干制培养物)存放在中国科学院真菌标本馆(HMAS)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two new species of the genus Cadophora and Stemphylium: C. shaerospora and S. fujianensis isolated from soil in China were described and illustrated. C. shaerospora has pale brown,sphaericalor ellipsoidal and chain conidia,2.5-4.5×2.0-3.0 μm. Phialides apical or lateral,often3-5 together,pale brown,smooth,6.5-15 μm long,1.5-3.0 μm width in base,2.0-3.5 μm width in middle,with a collarate of 2.0-3. 5 μm width. S. fujianensis has solitary,acrogenesis,oblong or oblong-ellipsoid conidia,rounded or subtruncate at the apex,subtruncate at the base,straight or slightly curved,pale brown to moderately brown,with 1-2 constricted transverse septa,additional 5-8 transverse and several longitudinal partitions,smooth,( 26.5-) 40.0-59.5 × 17.0-31. 0 μm.
