【摘要】 目的探讨检测结直肠癌患者外周血癌胚抗原(CEA)mRNA和CEA水平的临床意义。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应和微粒酶免疫法分别检测57例结直肠癌患者外周血CEA mRNA和CEA水平。CEA mRNA正常值为0copies/μl,CEA正常值为0～5ng/ml;高于正常值即为表达阳性。分析结直肠癌患者外周血CEA mRNA和CEA水平与Dukes病理分期和生存率的关系。结果 57例结直肠癌患者外周血CEA mRNA阳性率为42.11%,CEA阳性率为43.86%。结直肠癌患者外周血CEA mRNA阳性表达与其病理分期密切相关(P<0.01),CEA阳性表达与病理类型、浸润深度、病理分期均密切相关(P<0.05)。外周血CEA mRNA和CEA阳性结直肠癌患者生存率低于正常患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周血CEA mRNA和CEA水平检测可为评估结直肠癌患者病情和预后提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)mRNA and CEA detection in peripheral blood of the patients with colorectal cancer.Methods The levels of CEA mRNA and CEA in peripheral blood were detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR)and micro-enzyme immunoassay in 57 patients with colorectal cancer.The value of CEA mRNA was above 0 copies/μl and that of was more than 5 ng/ml were defined as positive.The relationship of CEA mRNA and CEA levels in peripheral blood with Dukes pathological stages and survival rate were analyzed.Results Of 57 colorectal cancer patients,the positive rates of CEA mRNA and CEA in peripheral blood were 42.11% and 43.86%,respectively.The positive expression of CEA mRNA was closely associated with pathological stages of colorectal cancer(P<0.01).The CEA positive expression was closely associated with pathological type,depth of invasion and pathological stages(P<0.05).The survival rate was lower in the colorectal cancer patients with CEA mRNA and CEA positive than those with normal levels of CEA mRNA and CEA(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of CEA mRNA and CEA in peripheral blood are the important indicators for evaluating the illness status and prognosis of the patients with colorectal cancer.更多还原
