中重度雾霾污染天气对健康体检人群白细胞特征的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨中重度雾霾污染天气对健康体检人群白细胞特征的影响。方法回顾性分析南京地区中重度雾霾污染时期(微粒物质直径≤2.5μm的日浓度大于115μg/m~3)体检人群(雾霾组,1329例)和非霾污染时期正常体检人群(非雾霾组,1099例)的血常规资料,比较两组白细胞体积(V)、传导性(C)及光散射(S)数据。结果雾霾组单核细胞百分比、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞/中性粒细胞比值和单核细胞/中性粒细胞比值均高于非雾霾组(P<0.05)。与非雾霾组相比,雾霾组人群中性粒细胞V均值和C标准差、淋巴细胞V、C、S标准差、单核细胞V均值和V、C、S标准差均增大(P<0.05)。结论雾霾污染天气与人群健康有着密切关系,通过对不同环境暴露下人群的血常规指标分析可以为雾霾污染气候下人群健康管理和疾病的预防提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of moderate and severe haze weather on the characteristics of WBC in the healthy people undergoing physical examination.Methods Data of routine blood test of the people underwent healthy physical examination were retrospectively analyzed,of whom 1329 cases went to the physical examination in the moderate and severe haze weather pollution(daily concentration of particulate matter in the air less than 2.5μm in diameter was more than 115μg/m~3,group A)and 1099 cases went to the physical examination in the nice weather without haze pollution(group B).The characteristics of the volume,conductivity and light scattering of WBC were compared between two groups.Results The percentages of monocyte and esnophils,the ratios of lymphocyte to neutrophil and monocyte to neutrophil,were higher in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the WBC of group A had an increased volume,conductivity and light scattering(P<0.05).Conclusion The moderate and severe haze weather polution is closely related with the health of people.An analysis of routine blood test may provide a certain evidence for the health management and disease prevention of healthy population exposured to haze weather pollution.
