【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）患者血浆生长激素释放肽（ghrelin）的表达及意义。方法选取甲亢患者56例（观察组）和健康体检者50例（对照组）,测定血浆生长激素释放肽含量、血清血脂指标和FT₃、FT₄及TSH含量。结果观察组血浆生长激素释放肽水平低于对照组（P<0.01）。观察组HDL-C、LDL-C、TC和TG水平低于对照组（P<0.01）。观察组FT₃和FT₄水平高于对照组,TSH水平低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论甲亢患者血浆生长激素释放肽水平降低,且随病情变化而变化,可作为病情评估的辅助指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of plasma growth hormone releasing peptide （ghrelin） in the patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods Plasma ghrelin,serum levels of lipids,FT₃,FT₄ and TSH were determined in 56 patients with hyperthyroid（group A） and 50 healthy people undergoing physical examination（group B）.Results The plasma ghrelin in group A was lower than that in group B（P<0.01）.The levels of HDL-C,LDL-C,TC and TG in group A were lower than those in group B（P<0.01）.The levels of FT₃ and FT₄ were higher and TSH was lower in group A than those in group B（P<0.01）.Conclusion Plasma ghrelin level in the patients with hyperthyroidism is obviously decreased,which is changed with the illness state and can be used as an auxiliary indicator for the disease evaluation.更多还原
