【摘要】 目的探讨感觉统合失调与儿童运动协调能力和行为表现的关系。方法随机抽取南京市6所幼儿园的5~6岁儿童350例为调查对象,采用3~6岁儿童感觉统合能力检核表、儿童发育性运动协调障碍问卷和Conners父母症状问卷调查。结果 (1)350例中,筛查出感觉统合能力失调儿童53例(15.1%)。其中,男28例,女25例;5岁儿童阳性检出37例,6岁儿童阳性检出16例。不同性别、年龄间的阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)感觉统合失调组儿童在动作控制、精细动作等方向的分值低于正常组(P<0.01);(3)感觉统合失调组儿童在品行、学习、心身、冲动-多动和焦虑评分均高于正常儿童组(P<0.01)。结论感觉统合失调与儿童运动协调能力及行为问题密切相关,早期干预对促进儿童感觉统合能力发展、减少心理行为问题的发生有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the motor coordination and behavior manifestation of children with sensory integration disorder.Methods A total of 360 children aged 5 to 6 years old from 6 kindergartens in Nanjing was evaluated by children sensory integration ability checklist for 3-6 years old children,developmental motor coordination dysfunction questionnaire and conners parental symptom questionnaire.Results Of 360 children,53 cases(15.1%)were screened to be with sensory integration disorder,of whom 28 children were boys and 25 children were girls,37 children were aged5 years old and 16 children were aged 6 years old.There were no significant differences in the age and gender incidences of sensory integration disorder(P>0.05).The scores of the children in the sensory integration disorder group was lower than the nomal group in the action control,the fine movement and soon(P<0.01).The scores of morality,study,body,impulse and anxiety were higher in the children with sensory integration disorder than those in the children without sensory integration disorder(P<0.01).Conclusion The sensory integration disorder is closely related to the motor coordination ability and behavior problem.Early intervention plays an important role in promoting the development of childrens sensory integration ability and decreasing the occurrence of psychobehavior problems.更多还原
