【摘要】 目的探讨Toll样受体3(TLR3)在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及其与细胞凋亡、血管生成的相关性。方法采用免疫组化检测85例HCC患者TLR3的表达,同时检测凋亡相关蛋白和血管生成相关指标,TUNEL法检测HCC细胞凋亡情况。结果 HCC中,TLR3阳性表达率为58.8%(50/85),TLR3的表达与生存素和Bcl-2呈负相关(P<0.01),与Caspase-3、Caspase-8和Caspase-9呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。TLR3的表达与凋亡指数呈正相关(P<0.01),与MMP-2、微血管密度和内皮干细胞计数呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 HCC中TLR3的表达与细胞凋亡及血管生成有关,提示TLR3参与HCC的发生、发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of toll like receptor 3(TLR3)and its correlation with cell apoptosis and angiogenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The expression of TLR3 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 85 cases with HCC.The expressions of apoptosis-related and angiogenesis-related proteins were detected as well.The cell apoptosis was evaluated by TUNEL assay.Results The positive rate of TLR3 in HCC was 58.8%,which was negatively correlated with survivin,Bcl-2,MMP-2,microvessel density and endothelial stem cell count,and positively correlated with Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9 and apoptotic index(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of TLR3 in HCC is related to cell apoptosis and angiogenesis,which may play a role in the development of HCC.更多还原
