【摘要】 目的探讨羟氯喹对类风湿关节炎(RA)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖和血脂的影响。方法 RA合并T2DM患者120例随机均分为四组:对照组(C组)口服甲氨蝶呤(每周1次,每次10mg)+二甲双胍(每日2次,每次0.5g),T1、T2和T3组在对照组基础上分别每日口服羟氯喹0.2、0.3和0.4g。观察四组治疗前及治疗10个月后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2-血糖(2hPG)、HbA1c、TG、TC和LDL-C的变化。结果治疗后,四组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC和LDL-C均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),T1组、T2组和T3组均低于对照组(P<0.05),T2组和T3组低于T1组(P<0.05),T3组低于T2组(P<0.05)。结论在口服甲氨蝶呤和二甲双胍基础上,羟氯喹能辅助降低RA合并T2DM患者血糖和血脂水平,且呈剂量依赖性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of hydroxychloroquine on the blood glucose and serum lipids in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods A total of 120 patients with RA and T2 DM was randomly and equally divided into 4 groups.The patients in group C received oral methotrexate 10 mg once a week plus metformin 0.5 g twice a day for 10 months and those in groups of T1,T2 and T3 were given additional oral hydroxychloroquine 0.2,0.3 and 0.4 g per day for 10 months,respectively.The changes of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour post-meal blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in 4 groups were observed before and in 10 months after treatment.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1 c,TG,TC and LDL-C in 4 groups were lower after treatment than those before(P<0.05),which were in an order of group T3<group T2<group T1<group C(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of oral methotrexate and metformin,additional oral hydroxychloroquine is able to further decrease blood glucose and serum lipids in a dose-dependent manner in the patients with RA and T2 DM.更多还原
