【摘要】 目的:总结168例在我院门诊行膀胱灌注患者的整体化护理经验。方法:通过建立电子健康档案,制定标准化的操作流程,做好发生不良反应的应急预案,做好健康教育及居家的延伸护理服务。结果:168例患者完成灌注过程顺利,无护理并发症及药物不良反应发生。结论:护理人员按照标准化流程操作,使病人顺利完成灌注治疗,有针对性的对患者开展延伸护理服务,提高康复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize nursing experience of 168 patients suffering from bladder perfusion in our hospital. Methods: Set up operation standards via filing electronic health records; made emergent plans to deal with adverse reactions; and made healthy education and home-nursing services.Results: 168 patients did not experience any complications or adverse drug reactions. Conclusion:According to the standards, nursing staff can successfully the perfusion therapy, carry out the extended nursing service, and improve the rehabilitation effect.更多还原
