【摘要】 目的:通过构建临床用血闭环护理管理流程,以实现临床用血的实时追溯、监控和持续质量改进。方法:通过引入移动技术,整合LIS、HIS、CIS、NIS、MNIS,构建临床用血闭环护理管理流程。通过条形码追溯临床用血的全过程,记录输血闭环的各个环节。结果:临床用血闭环管理流程可实现整个用血过程的数据自动采集、核查、录入及反馈,实现信息互联互通、全程质量控制及持续改进。结论:临床用血闭环护理管理流程的应用有效提升了输血质量和安全以及管理信息化水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a closed-loop nursing management process for clinical blood to realize real-time tracing, monitoring and continuous quality improvement of clinical blood. Methods: By introducing mobile technology, integrating LIS, HIS, CIS, NIS, MNIS, and constructing a closed-loop care management process for clinical blood. Through the barcode to trace the whole process of clinical blood, record all aspects of the blood transfusion closed loop. Results: The clinical blood closed-loop management process can automatically collect, verify, input and feedback the data of the whole blood process, realize information interconnection, quality control and continuous improvement.
