【摘要】 目的:通过构建输血闭环管理系统与统计模块,实现对临床输血环节的有效监控与统计分析。方法:在构建输血闭环管理软件基础上,包括临床输血前后评估、发血量、临床科室用血量、单病种用血量、医师用血量、手术用血量、输血不良反应等指标进行统计分析,应用于医院输血管理效果评价。结果:输血闭环管理系统统计模块的应用,实现了对临床用血全面评估的自动化统计分析。结论:通过使用信息自动化输血闭环管理软件,进行各项临床用血指标系统化统计分析,优化了输血管理工作程序,改善了临床合理输血的评估方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To manage clinical blood transfusion and statistical analysis through the construction of blood transfusion closed-loop management system and statistics module. Methods: On the basis of construction of blood transfusion closed-loop management system, our department mainly use the the statistics module of the system to evaluate the effect of blood transfusion management in hospital, including statistics of evaluation transfusion effect, the total consumption of blood, the consumption of blood of each clinical department, the consumption of blood of different diseases, the consumption of blood of different doctors, the consumption of blood of different surgery, adverse transfusion reactions, and so on. Results: The aim is achieved that is automatic statistical analysis of evaluation clinical blood transfusion by using the statistics module of blood transfusion closed-loop management system. Conclusion: By using systematic statistical analysis for different indicators of clinical blood transfusion of a blood transfusion closed-loop management system, the procedure of blood transfusion management and the way of evaluation in the effect of blood transfusion management was improved.更多还原
