响应面法优化混合多元羧酸免烫整理工艺

【摘要】 采用丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)和马来酸复配对棉织物进行免烫整理,研究BTCA和马来酸的用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间等因素对免烫效果的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化BTCA-马来酸复配免烫工艺。优化的工艺为:BTCA 37 g/L,次亚磷酸钠(SHP)50 g/L,马来酸63 g/L,174℃焙烘60 s。整理织物的回复角为257°,断裂强力保留率为59%。

【Abstract】 Easy care finishing of cotton fabric is carried out with maleic acid and BTCA as a mixed polycarboxylic acid finishing agent. The effects of BTCA and maleic acid concentrations, curing temperature and time on the performances of the finished fabric are studied. Based on the single factor test, the response surface methodology(RSM) is applied to optimize the finish technology. The optimal process is as follows: BTCA 37 g/L, sodium hypophosphite 50 g/L, maleic acid 63 g/L, curing at 174 ℃ for 60 s. The wrinkle recovery angle of the finished cotton fabric is 257°and breaking strength retention is 59%.
