蒽醌染料的多巴胺改性活性碳纤维固定化漆酶脱色

【摘要】 利用多巴胺仿生修饰活性碳纤维,通过共价键作用固定化漆酶,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)对该生物材料进行表征,考察了其对蒽醌型染料活性蓝KN-R的脱色效果及主要影响因素。试验结果表明,与游离漆酶及活性碳纤维相比,该固定化漆酶对活性蓝KN-R具有较好的催化降解效能。采用0.5 g固定化漆酶催化降解40 m L初始质量浓度为75 mg/L的活性蓝KN-R,反应10 h,染液基本为无色,经紫外光谱(UV)测定发现,废水中染料分子的芳香结构和共轭体系基本被降解。当p H值在3.0~6.0,温度在20~40℃范围内时,固定化漆酶的脱色效果较好,并且具有良好的热稳定性能和操作稳定性,循环使用3次后,仍有较高的脱色降解能力。

【Abstract】 Activated carbon fibers(ACFs) are modified by dopamine with self-polymerization(DA-ACFs),and immobilized laccase on the surface of DA-ACFs via cross-linking(LDA-ACFs). The surface composition and microstructure of samples are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fouriertransform infrared reflection(FTIR). Compared with free laccase and ACFs, the results indicate that the immobilized laccase has a good catalytic capacity for Reactive Blue KN-R removal. The dyeing wastewater is basically colorless after 10 h treatment with 0.5 g of LDA-ACFs for the degradation of Reactive Blue KN-R(volume 40 m L, the initial concentration 75 mg/L), and the aromatic structure and conjugated system of the dye molecules in the wastewater are nearly degraded that characterized by ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV). The immobilized laccase exhibits a good decolourization ratio over a p H range of 3.0~6.0 and a temperature of 20~40 ℃, as well as high thermo-stability and operational stability. Good decolourization of immobilized laccase remains with the third recycled LDA-ACFs.
