【摘要】 通过煎煮法萃取苏木色素,采用铁硅质重碳酸盐酸冷矿水为天然媒染剂,对毛织物进行媒染加工,分析了不同媒染工艺条件下染色织物的颜色变化变化规律。结果表明:在天然媒染剂的作用下,毛织物苏木前媒染工艺染色后的色相呈灰桔红色调,色相不稳定。当苏木染液质量百分比为25%时,毛织物同媒染工艺和后媒染工艺均能表现出更明显的络合效果,色相呈灰蓝紫色调,具有较高的应用价值。且同媒染工艺效果更好。与皂矾/苏木同媒染工艺相比,铁硅质重碳酸盐酸冷矿水/苏木同媒染工艺所得染色物的色彩更具有天然美感,符合天然染色的生态要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sappanwood pigment is extracted with boiling method, and then is applied to wool fabric with the cold mineral water of iron silicon bicarbonate as a natural mordant. The color of the Sappanwood dyeings with different mordant dyeing process is discussed. The results show that in pre-mordant dyeing, the color of wool dyeings is grey and orange, but unstable. The wool dyeings with both meta-mordant dyeing and post-mordant dyeing can obtain blue and violet color with good complex effect when sappanwood dye dosage is 25%. The dyeing effect of meta-mordant one is better. Compared with meta-mordant dyeing using saponin/Sappanwood, the dyeings using cold mineral water of iron silicon bicarbonate as mordant are more natural beauty, which can meet the ecological requirements of natural dyeing.更多还原
