紫色链霉菌色素的性能及蚕丝织物染色
Performance of purple pigment from Streptomyces violaceus and its dyeing behaviors on silk fabric
【摘要】 研究了紫色链霉菌中紫色素的分布情况、色素稳定性及对蚕丝织物的染色。结果表明,紫色链霉菌发酵产生的紫色素分为胞内色素和胞外色素,且胞外色素含量大于胞内色素,在光谱图中出现三个吸收峰,分别在585610 nm,540560 nm,495510 nm左右。其发酵产生的紫色素在100℃以内稳定性较好,在Cu2+和Fe2+作用下较为稳定。采用紫色素对蚕丝织物进行染色,较佳的染色工艺为:采用直接染色法,染色温度90℃,染色时间40 min,pH=10。染色织物的耐干、湿摩擦色牢度为4级,沾色45级,变色4级,耐日晒色牢度4级。
【Abstract】 The distribution and stability of purple colorant in Streptomyces violaceus, and its dyeing on silk fabric are studied. The results show that the Streptomyces violaceus purple colorant can be divided into two kinds: intracellular and extracellular colorant, and the content of extracellular colorant is higher.Three absorption wavelengths can be observed at 585610 nm, 540560 nm, 495510 nm in the UV-Vis absorption spectra. The purple colorant produced by the fermentation is stable under 100 ℃, especially in the presence of Cu2+ and Fe2+. The optimal dyeing process is pH=10, dyeing at 90 ℃ for 40 min.The color fastness to rubbing of the dyed fabric is Grade 4, color fastness to staining is Grade 45, and color fastness to light is Grade 4.
