【Abstract】 In this paper, an advanced process control system based on DCS built-in MPC model for Mini Plant Experimental Systemwas introduced.The basic theory of MPC, the applicable suitable scenario, the configuration of MPC controller, and the processmodel identification and commissioning were described.
