我国各地区医学领域国家自然科学基金项目负责人论文产出研究
Research on the Output of Project Leaders’ Paper of National Natural Science Foundation of China in Medical Field in All Regions
【摘要】 目的比较我国各地区医学领域国家自然科学基金项目负责人基金申请前期、执行期、结题后国际论文的产出情况,并探讨其与各地区生产总值(GDP)和医学领域研究机构数量的关系。方法随机抽取2007年生命科学部国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年科学基金项目中医学科学部分1 054项,对基金项目负责人2005-2013年收录在Web of Science核心数据库的论文进行文献计量分析。结果 1 054名基金项目负责人共发表21 116篇国际论文,华东地区基金负责人数、论文数、被引频次和影响因子(Impact factor,IF)各项指标均居首位;华北地区居第2位,西北和东北地区则有待提高。各地区GDP均值与其论文数、被引频次和IF值均呈正相关关系(rs=0.786,rs=0.821,rs=0.821,P<0.05),研究机构数量仅与论文数呈正相关关系(rs=0.643,P<0.05)。各地区基金项目负责人基金结题后(2011-2013年)总体及平均论文数、IF值最高,其次为基金执行期(2008-2010年)和基金申请前期(2005-2007)。结论经济、科技发达,研究机构密集的地区论文产量、被引频次和IF值均高于发展相对落后、位置比较偏远的地区。各地区基金项目负责人论文总数、平均论文数和IF值均是从基金申请前较低的值,到基金执行期的提升,基金完成后达到较高的水平。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the output of project leaders’ paper of Nation Nature Science Foundation of China in medical field of different regions in three phases of the fund application,and explore the relationship among paper output and gross domestic product( GDP) and the number of medical research institutions.Methods We focused on general project of National Natural Science Foundation of China and young scientist fund in the department of life science, and randomly selected 1 054 projects in 2007. The resultant journal papers of project leaders were retrieved and analyzed using the database of Web of Science from 2005 to 2013.Results In total of 21 116 papers were published by published by project leaders. The number of project leaders,papers,citations and impact factor( IF) were the most in East China,then North China. Northwest and Northeast regions were to be improved. Average GDP in different regions were positively correlated with the number of papers,citations and IF( rs= 0. 786,rs= 0. 821,rs= 0. 821,P < 0. 05). Positively correlations between the number of medical research institutions and papers were only noted( rs= 0. 643,P < 0. 05). The total or average number of papers and IF of project leaders were the highest after finishing the fund( 2011-2013),then the project duration( 2008-2010) and then before applying the fund( 2005-2007). Conclusion The number of papers,citations and IF were higher in regions which have advanced science and technology,economy and intensive research institutions than underdeveloped and remote areas. Total or average number of papers and IF were promoted to a higher level from fund application,project implementation to finish the fund.
