【摘要】 全国传染病网络直报纵向体系中,乡级医疗机构是传染病报告的最基层机构,同时,在农村公共卫生服务体系中起着承上启下的作用。随着医院信息化的发展,利用信息系统开展传染病报告工作,对提高传染病报告质量有非常积极的作用。2012年,四川省建立了以居民、基层医疗卫生机构等为主要服务对象的《基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统》(简称基卫系统)。该系统对传染病报告管理有正向的影响,但同时也存在信息采集不全、数据标准设置与国家系统不统一等问题,现将对该系统的传染病报告研究进行述评。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the nationwide longitudinal system for network direct reporting of infectious disease,medical institutions at the township level are the most primary institutions for reporting of infectious diseases,playing a bridging role in the rural public health service system. Following the development of hospital informatization,infectious disease reporting based on hospital information system is beneficial to improve quality of reports. In2012,"Information Management System of Primary Medical and Health Institutions"was established in Sichuan Province to serve residents and primary medical and health institutions. It has positive effect on management of infectious disease reporting, but there are many problems such as incomplete information, disunity data standard between this system and nationwide system of infectious disease reporting. Here,the research on infectious disease reporting in this system is reviewed.更多还原
