【摘要】 目的了解成都市2009-2016年成人麻疹流行特征,为制定成都市成人麻疹的预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对成都市2009-2016年成人麻疹发病情况进行统计分析。结果 2009-2014年成都市累计报告麻疹病例750例,年均发病率0.68/10万。其中成人病例258例,占总数的34.40%,年均发病率0.23/10万,成人发病率在0.06/10万~0.72/10万之间波动;2~8月为流行季节,占成人病例总数的89.92%;发病年龄主要以20~39岁组为主,占82.56%(166例);发病人群主要以工人、农民及民工为主,占57.75%(149例);无免疫史及免疫史不详的病例占92.25%。结论 2009-2016年成都市成人麻疹发病数占总发病数比例较高,建议对成人特别是大型企业、集体单位的务工人员实施含麻疹成分疫苗查漏补种,消除免疫空白,降低成人麻疹发病例数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the Epidemiological characteristics of adult measles in 2011 in Chengdu city from 2009 to 2016,and provide the evidence for formulating the prevention and control measures for adult measles. Methods Descriptive epidemiological statistical analysis was used on the incidence of adult measles in Chengdu from 2009 to 2016. Results A total 750 cases of measles were reported from 2009 to 2016 in Chengdu,and the annual average incidence was 0. 68/105; Among these measles cases,258 patients( 34. 40%) were adults with the annual average incidence was 0. 23/105.The morbidity of adult measles was in a range of 0. 06/105-0. 72/105 of the population. The adult measles incidence was in a cyclical fluctuation.Totally 89. 92% of adult cases occurred from February to August. The ratio of the male to female was 1∶ 0. 90.Totally 57. 75% of adult measles occurred among migrants workers, and 82. 56% of adult cases occurred among the population aged 20-39 years old. In adult cases,92. 25% were non-vaccinated and uncertain.Conclusion The incidence of adult measles is increase,it is necessary to carry out effective measures to prevent and control the epidemic of measles among migrant workers and fertile woman.更多还原
