【摘要】 本文考察了以提高农户经营稳定性为目的的政策工作之一——经营复苏支援工作的概要、现状,以经营复苏支援工作持续扩展为目的的回购率为中心,分析了对回购概率产生影响的诸多因素。结果表明:1)参与经营复苏支援的农户回购现状中,工作持续时间越长,"回购"及"放弃回购"的比率会随之增加;2)分析影响回购因素的结果可知,有后继农时的出售面积越大,回购差额越小,工作持续时间越长,回购概率会随之增加;3)期望改善工作项目中,期望出售价格越高,期望租赁期越短,回购适用利率越高,回购概率就越高;4)对影响经营复苏支援工作中回购的变数进行分析可知,持续时间的影响最大,其次是回购差额。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study we reviewed the business recovery program,which is one of thepolicy projects to stabilize the farmhouse management,and analyzed the affecting factors of repurchase rate.The results of the analysis can be summarized as follows.First,the ratio of "repurchase" and "abandonment of repurchase" increases as the duration of business maintenance increases.Second,the probability of repurchase increases as the successor exists,the larger of the selling area,the lower of the repurchase difference,and the longer of the business duration.Third,the probability of repurchase increases as the increase of selling price,the shorter of desired lease period,the higher of repayment rate.Fourth,it is found that the variables of affecting the repurchase of the business recovery program through the standardization factor,the maintenance period has the greatest effect factor,and the next is the repurchase difference.更多还原
