【Abstract】 The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the primary tool for resolving the problems about agriculture,rural and farmers. It is a new way to solve the major problems such as inadequate rural development and unbalanced urban and rural development. The rural revitalization strategy has absorbed the practical experience of the adjustment of urban-rural relations in the process of modernization in developed countries,and is also a strategic plan for modernization based on experience of reform and opening. The implementation of rural revitalization strategy needs to actively promote the connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development,deepen the reform of rural land system and collective property right system,and speed up the construction of "Sannong" working team.更多还原
