【摘要】 [背景]观察朝医太阴中风散治疗太阴人缺血性中风的疗效.[病例报告]选择朝医辨象为太阴人的缺血性中风患者50例作为治疗组,同时设立35例的对照组.治疗组口服给予太阴中风散治疗,对照组给予补阳还五胶囊治疗,疗程均为4周.治疗组治疗总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的74.3%(P<0.05).[讨论]朝医太阴中风散治疗太阴人缺血性中风的疗效满意.更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND To observe the clinical efficacy of Korean medicine Taiyin apoplexy powder on Taiyin patients with ischemic stroke.CASE REPORTS 50 patients with ischemic stroke they were identified as Taiyin person by Korean medicine,were selected as treatment group.35 patients with ischemic stroke were selected as control group.The patients in the treatment group were given Taiyin apoplexy powder orally,while the patients in the control group were given Buyang Huanwu capsule.Both groups had four weeks of treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 74.3%(P<0.05).DISCUSSION The curative effect of Korean medicine Taiyin apoplexy powder on Taiyin person with ischemic stroke was satisfactory.更多还原
