【摘要】 目的探讨复方苦参注射液对宫颈鳞癌放疗增敏效果观察和评价。方法 120例宫颈鳞癌患者随机分为实验组与对照组。2组均采用调强放疗(IMRT),实验组在此基础上应用复方苦参注射液,对照组在此基础上应用顺铂。观察2组患者的宫颈鳞癌放疗增敏效果,作比较分析。结果 2组患者接受治疗之前的免疫功能指标比较,P>0.05,无临床统计学意义,经过治疗后,实验组CD3、CD4、CD8、CD56比对照组更高,P<0.05,有临床统计学意义;对照组IL-6比实验组更高,P<0.05,有临床统计学意义。另外,实验组患者的毒副作用反应情况显著低于对照组,P<0.05,有临床统计学意义。结论应用复方苦参注射液对宫颈鳞癌放疗的增敏效果显著改善,增加患者的免疫功能,而且降低了毒副作用反应情况,提高生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the radiation sensitizing enhancement effect and evaluation of compound matrine injection on cervical squamous cancer. Methods 120 patients with cervical squamous cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Both groups were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT). The experimental group was given IMRT and treated with compound matrine injection additionally, while the control group was given synchronous cisplatin chemotherapy. The radiation sensitizing enhancement effect on cervical squamous cancer of the two groups was observed, compared and analyzed.Results There were no differences between the two groups before treatment in immune function index(P > 0.05), which means no clinical statistical significance. After treatment, immune function index of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD56 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), there was clinical statistical significance; IL-6 in the control group was significantly higher than those in the experimental group(P < 0.05), which had clinical statistical significance.In addition, the adverse reactions of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05), which was clinically statistically significant. Conclusion The application of compound matrine injection on cervical squamous cancer can significantly improve the radiation sensitizing enhancement effect, and can increase immune function, also can decrease the adverse reactions and improve the quality of life, which was worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
