【摘要】 目的探究雷公藤多甙联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的疗效。方法选取200006-201804月小儿肾病综合征的患者60名,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用雷公藤多甙联合泼尼松治疗方法,对照组采用常规泼尼松治疗方法,对比分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果出观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多甙联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的治疗效果十分良好,并且雷公藤多甙以其独特的抗炎及免疫抑制作用极大程度上帮助缓解了患儿尿蛋白转阴的时间,减小了孩子的痛苦,减轻患儿激素副作用的程度,值得临床借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of tripterygium wilfordii combined with prednisone in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome. Methods In our hospital, 60 patients with pediatric nephrotic syndrome from June 2000 to April 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii and prednisone, while the control group was treated with conventional prednisone. Therapeutic effects of two groups of patient were compared and analyzed. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Tripterygium wilfordii combined with prednisone in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome is very effective, and tripterygium wilfordii greatly helps to alleviate the time that urine protein turns negative in children with its unique anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, reducing the pain of children and reducing the side effects of hormones in children, it is worthy of clinical reference.更多还原
