妊娠期Hcy与叶酸、V-B12、血糖检测的相关性探讨
The Correlation Study on Serum Hcy and Folic Acid, Vitamin B12,Blood Glucose Testing in Pregnancy
【摘要】 目的分析孕妇血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸、V-B12和血糖检测的临床意义。方法选取大同市第一人民医院201712门诊346例孕妇作为研究对象,根据孕龄分为早孕、中孕和晚孕期,再从早、中和晚孕妇女中查出高血糖的孕妇,分为高血糖组和正常组,比较二组孕妇Hcy、叶酸、V-B12、血糖和血压异同并分析不同孕龄的孕妇血清Hcy与年龄、妊娠周龄、叶酸、V-B12、血糖和血压之间的关系。结果血清Hcy与孕妇年龄、妊娠周龄、空腹血糖和血压呈正相关(P<0.01);与叶酸呈负相关(P<0.01);与V-B12亦呈负相关但无统计学差异(P<0.05)。早、中和晚孕妇女血糖正常组与高血糖组的空腹血糖、Hcy、叶酸、收缩压和舒张压进行比较(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy水平升高,易引起妊娠期高血压和高血糖的发生。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical significance of serum Hcys, folic acid, vitamin B12, blood glucose testing in pregnancy. Methods Selecting 346 pregnant women in our hospital from November to December 2017 as the study subjects. According to gestational age,pregnant women were divided into early pregnancy, middle and late pregnancy, then who with high blood glucose were also classified into hyperglycemia and normal group. Comparing the differences of Hcy, folic acid, V-B12, blood glucose and blood pressure in the two groups. And analyzing the relationship between serum Hcy and age, gestational weeks, folic acid, V-B12, blood glucose and blood pressure in pregnant women with different gestational age. Result There were statistically significant differences that serum Hcy was positively correlated with gestational age, weeks, fasting blood glucose and blood pressure, and negatively correlated with folic acid. There was a negative correlation with V-B12 but no statistical difference. In fasting blood glucose, Hcy, folic acid, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure, the difference was statistically siginificant between normal and hyperglycemia group. Conclusion High serum Hcy level can cause high blood pressure and hyperglycemia in pregnancy.
