原花青素对神经系统疾病保护作用的研究进展

【摘要】 随着人口老龄化及生活方式的改变,神经系统疾病的发病率逐渐增高,神经系统病变的治疗已成为医务工作者重要课题。原花青素具有脑血管保护、清除自由基、抗氧化、调节血脂等作用。通过检索该领域相关文献的研究成果,分析总结原花青素对中枢神经系统系统疾病的作用及其机制,可为进一步开发及临床利用提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 China is facing the problem of increasing aging population as well as increasing nervous system disease. The treatment of nervous system diseases has become an important issue for medical workers. The research shows that procyanidins has the functions like protecting cerebrovascular system, scavenging free radicals, antioxidation, regulating blood lipids and so on. By analyzing the related literature in the field, it is shown that the protective effect and mechanism of procyanidins on the nervous system diseases, providing theoretical basis for further research and clinical utilization.
